As you enter the front door looking to the right is one of several parlors or sitting rooms where guests can sit and visit. Looking left is the music room parlor.
As you continue your tour you will enter the ball room which is wired to accommodate a band, DJ or sound system. Off the ball room are the social parlor with a bar and a doorway to the wrap around deck and the dining room. Both of these rooms have entry to the kitchen (not pictured) which has a small bathroom for caterers and wait staff. From the ball room you can take the staircase to the rooms upstairs.
The Lee Council House is located near downtown scenic and historic Americus Georgia. The sprawling front yard can be used to host an outside reception and the horse shoe driveway will accommodate parking as well as parking at the rear of the house. There is a wrap around porch which can be used to serve and seat guests for cocktail parties or receptions.
